Who Can Report

Current and former employees of Daesung Fastener, partner and customer employees who have dealings with us, or any other affected party.

Bribery, gifts, or improper entertainment
Embezzlement, breach of trust, or company asset damage
Abuse of authority or legal violations
Improper gains in budgeting or contracts
Unfair dealings with suppliers
Workplace harassment, discrimination, or sexual harassment
Safety or environmental law violations
Other violations of company ethics or rules

Use whichever of the three channels below is most convenient. Please describe the matter in detail, following the 5W1H format whenever possible.

Once a report is properly received, the officer reviews it and acknowledges to the reporter (for named reports).

STEP 02
Investigation

Fact-finding and investigation proceed under reporter-protection principles. Timelines vary by case.

STEP 03
Action

Based on findings, remedial actions and any disciplinary measures are determined and executed.

STEP 04
Outcome Notice

On completion, the reporter is notified of the outcome (for named reports, if requested).

The safety and rights of reporters come first. No disadvantage will arise from filing a report.

Confidentiality

Reporter identity and report content are not disclosed to anyone outside the investigation, and are protected in accordance with applicable laws.

No Retaliation

No employment disadvantage, retaliation, discrimination, or other adverse treatment will result from reporting.

Anonymous Reporting

Anonymous reporting is available where identification is a concern. Note that follow-up information requests may be difficult to fulfill.

Good-Faith Protection

Good-faith reports based on facts will not result in disadvantage to the reporter, even if the subject is ultimately found not to have violated any rules.

  • For credibility, please report under your real name where possible, and include specific facts and supporting evidence following the 5W1H format.
  • Reports made for the purpose of defaming individuals, or that are false or exaggerated, will be excluded from investigation and may be subject to legal action.
  • Civil disputes between individuals or matters concerning personal life are not subject to reporting.
  • Matters already under investigation, in trial, or in administrative review — or already concluded — are excluded.
  • Matters relating to public agencies or public officials that fall outside the scope of company ethics management cannot be investigated.
