What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on product specification and plating type — generally, we accept orders of 10,000 pieces or more per month. Even smaller quantities are welcome; please consult us directly.

How do I get samples?
Attach a drawing or specification and request by email. Once we review the quote, we'll guide you through the sample production and delivery process.

Can I get test reports or certificate copies?
Copies of certifications including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Hyundai/Kia SQ are sent on request. Please specify which certificates you need by email.

Can you produce custom specs not in the catalog?
Yes. Daesung Fastener has been producing parts to customer drawings for 36 years, covering the M3–M14 range. Send the drawing and specification by email for a quote.

Can I visit the factory?
Yes, with advance arrangement. You can directly observe our production lines and testing equipment at our plant in the Sihwa Industrial Complex. Please coordinate the visit date by phone or email.
