Five departments operate under the Vice President, reporting to the CEO. Production Management is further divided into three teams: Forging, Rolling, and Trimming.

3 Teams under Production
3 F/M and 12 H/D machines. High-temperature, high-pressure precision forging shapes the bolt blanks.
11 R/L machines. Precision thread rolling and dimensional standardization.
3 T/M machines. After forging, the bolt head is trimmed to final geometry (hex, flange, etc.).
